Stewart Bevan, a North Suffolk scriptwriter, is working on
A script for Margaret’s book. Stewart has experience as an actor in film
and TV and has a lot of contacts and a good reputation so we are
quite optimistic. Watch this space.

Sad news

October 25th, 2012

Running Hare Press is sad to announce the death of Anne E L Basketts author and illustrator of our bestselling book “When Grandma was Little”. Anne will be greatly missed by her family and friends, by the congregation of the church she attended, The people she attended as a GP in her Day job, and surely by the readers of  “Grandma”. A reprint is on the way, expected date is mid November. You can pre order on this site, go to bookshop.

When Grandma was Little had a very succesful launch on July 14th at Dereham memorial hall and sales took of so quickly that by 21st July Grandma topped the Jarrold of Norwich bestseller list Published in the Eastern Daily Press. A remarkable achievement. Congratulations to Author Anne Basketts

 

When Grandma Was Little reached No 1 on the Jarrolds of Norwich best seller list again Sat 28th July… Going for the triple now.
